This tool creates an effect similar to the physical gradient filters that you can place on a camera lens.
To add a gradient filter, click and then drag in the direction that you want the gradient to lead. You can then use your mouse to change the gradient’s position, direction, and width. You can also Flip the gradient using a button in the Side Panel. Click the color button to set the gradient’s color.
You can also set the Opacity of the gradient filter and the Mode via which it is blended with the picture. The default mode here is Multiply.
The settings for a gradient can be saved under a name of your choice for later reloading.
To apply the gradient filter, click Apply or press [Enter]. To avoid applying the filter, click Cancel or press [Esc].
